Order enquiries
Quote your order number, or the email address you ordered with, and we will find your details straight away

The fastest route is email. It gives us a written record of what you have asked and what we have agreed — which matters if there is ever a question about a delivery date, a return or a warranty claim. If your query is about an order already placed, please do not start a second enquiry through a different channel; it just splits the thread.

1. Before you order

  • Sizing, spec or range questions about any of our builds.
  • Whether we deliver to your address — we deliver free to mainland UK, and to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and selected overseas destinations, where a charge may apply and is always quoted and agreed before you pay.
  • Anything about build your own, personalisation, or what is included.

Every machine we sell is an off-road vehicle. None of our bikes are legal for road use without the correct registration, tax and insurance, and that is the buyer's responsibility. If you need a machine that is road legal, tell us what you need before ordering and we will be honest with you about whether we can help.

2. About an existing order

Have your order number ready, or tell us the email address and name the order was placed with. If your question is about where your bike is, see Delivery & shipping first — it explains when your tracking email is sent and what to do if tracking has not moved.

3. Returns, repairs and warranty claims

Claims are handled in priority order, so please put “Return” or “Warranty” in the subject line of your email and include photographs where you can. The full process, including the deadlines that apply, is set out on the Returns & warranty page.

4. Complaints

If something has gone wrong we would rather hear about it directly than not at all. Email us with “Complaint” in the subject line and we will acknowledge it within 2 working days and tell you who is dealing with it and by when.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may also be able to use a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider — we will tell you whether we are willing to use one when you ask, as we are required to do. For data protection complaints, see the Privacy Policy for how to contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

7. What happens to your message

Your details are used to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to order, to quote, invoice and deliver. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us. The Privacy Policy explains this in full, including how long we keep messages.
